Job Description

As a Pre Sales Executive, your main role will involve lead generation through referrals and offering test drives to potential customers. In Sales, you will be responsible for promoting cars, accessories, exchange offers, finance options, insurance, and loyalty card programs. Post Sales activities will include coordinating delivery and providing after-sales services to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding and analyzing the customer's requirements for finance and guiding them on suitable options and documentation based on their profile. - Maintaining a record of the customer's car-related needs and providing them with regular updates. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
