Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Navsari. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting channel sales initiatives. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by effectively promoting the company's product line. The role also requires frequent collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Experience in Lead Generation and channeling potential opportunities into sales
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives in a structured and goal-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in the construction or adhesive industry is a plus
• Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
