Job Description

Position:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through retail channel partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
Monitor and enhance secondary sales performance.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis regularly.
Coordinate with the depot and supply chain teams for order fulfillment.
Plan and execute promotional activities, painter meets, and influencer engagement programs.
Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales in the paint or building materials industry.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle market challenges.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
