Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Execution:

Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Implement route plans and beat plans for efficient market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and availability of products.

Market Development:

Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Expand the retailer base and increase product penetration.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Promotions & Merchandising:

Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
Ensure Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and merchandising standards are maintained.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Market knowledge and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools
