Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive Kumbayahs growth across assigned territory through strategic market development and retail expansion.
  • Identify and onboard premium outlets, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Strengthen market visibility through promotions, activations, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring strong relationships with trade partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional and central teams to execute Kumbayahs growth plans.

  • MBA graduates (Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about FMCG sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
