Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our distribution network. You will play a key role in driving brand presence and product visibility in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Execute trade promotions, in-store branding, and visibility plans. Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence. Ensure proper stock levels at retail and distributor points. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in the same product category is a plus). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with local markets and distribution networks. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated and target-oriented. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
