JOB DESCRIPTION OF SO- FMCG (GT & Horeca) Location: Ambala Experience: 2+Years Qualification: Graduation Job Summary The Sales Executive/Officer is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product/service solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Provide post-sale support and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market intelligence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications 12th Standard or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
