Duxbed is a rapidly growing brand specializing in innovative, space-saving furniture. We are on a mission to redefine modern living with smart, multifunctional solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager (Inside Sales) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.✅ Train and mentor sales executives to enhance their performance.✅ Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.✅ Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.✅ Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Experience in the furniture or home improvement industry is a plus.
