Generate leads and achieve sales targets for two-wheeler loans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, channel partners, and customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory norms.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and dealer relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Sales-driven with ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic understanding of loan/finance products preferred.
Relationship-building and customer service orientation.
