Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Officer to join our Machine Manufacturing Company in Gurgaon. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify potential clients and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to clearly communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, and provide feedback on market conditions and client preferences to the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports for management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in B.B.A, B.C.A, Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.C.A, or Other Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and telecalling.
Possess strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, sales target achievement, product knowledge, market research, and sales reporting.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
