Sales Officer

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Retail EMI Payments) Department: Retail EMI Business – Payments Location: Marathhalli Job Type: Full-time (ON ROLL) Experience: 0– 1 years Salary: 22,000 + Incentive (Uncapped) Key Responsibilities: • Visit retail dealers (electronics, mobile, furniture, etc.) within assigned territory. • Onboard new dealers into the EMI payments ecosystem. • Train dealers and their staff on EMI products, processes, and documentation. • Promote EMI finance schemes to boost customer conversions. • Ensure proper branding and display of EMI offerings at retail counters. • Support dealers in resolving issues related to EMI processing or customer queries. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers. • Report daily activities, dealer feedback, and market insights to the supervisor. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly dealer visit and onboarding targets. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: Graduate. • Experience in field sales or dealer management is preferred. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone. • Willingness to travel locally and work on field. • Basic understanding of EMI finance, retail, or digital payments is a plus.
