Job Description

Role :- Sales officer / Assistant Manager

Salary :- 2.3 lpa - upto 3.5 lpa

Both Fresher & experience can apply .

Must have Bike & DL .

Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for current and savings accounts, including sourcing salary accounts from corporations.
Sales and cross-selling: Promote and sell various banking products, such as insurance, mortgages, and mutual funds, to existing and new clients.
Account activation: Ensure newly opened accounts are activated and meet initial balance requirements.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance to management.
Market research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities

Key skills :-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach to provide excellent service.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of banking products and financial markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
