Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer at G.P. Shree Private Limited, located in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships in the pesticide industry. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the company's pesticide products, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers. Your key responsibilities will include actively promoting and selling pesticide products to both new and existing customers, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, staying updated on industry trends and products, and meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, organize product demonstrations and promotions, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing, and address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of agricultural products and pest management solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills. Your personal attributes should include self-drive, adaptability, integrity, and professionalism. This position requires an Intermediate education or equivalent qualification in a related field and can be filled by a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience.
