Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Field Sales) at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals. Your strong communication skills and passion for sales will be essential in exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 7-10 cold visits daily to engage with potential customers in the B2B segment. - Educate customers about our products/services and highlight their benefits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills & Competencies: - Customer Engagement: Ability to engage and influence potential customers through effective communication. - Sales Skills: Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating products/services to B2B customers. - Relationship Building: Skill in building and nurturing relationships with customers for long-term business growth. - Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Minimum graduate-level education is required. - Experience: At least 1-2 years of field sales experience. - Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is optional. - Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate independently and as part of a team.
