Job Summary

We are hiring Agency Development Managers to recruit, guide, and drive sales through a team of insurance advisors. This is a field sales role involving active customer meetings, advisor visits, and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train & activate insurance advisors/agents
• Support advisors in field activities, lead generation & customer meetings
• Achieve monthly business targets and monitor sales performance
• Build strong customer relationships for long-term business growth
• Perform regular field visits and ensure advisor productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream
• Field Sales experience is mandatory (Insurance preferred)
• 1–4 years of Field sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
