Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Sales and Marketing

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Director / Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: Lucknow
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and key target markets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching to the sales team.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.

Marketing:

Plan and oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns (online and offline).
Develop brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
Conduct market research and customer feedback to guide marketing efforts.
Manage the marketing budget and analyze ROI of marketing activities.
Collaborate with digital and content teams to execute effective campaigns.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,115.31 - ₹15,022.73 per month
