Sales & Marketing Training Manager

Role Overview: As the Sales & Marketing Training Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for driving and delivering the Sales & Marketing Training initiatives within the HUB. Working closely with the HUB Training Manager and the HUB Strategic Marketing Manager, your role will involve assessing training needs, creating engaging content, delivering effective training sessions, and collaborating with senior sales managers to identify training needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead in assessing training needs, creating engaging content, and delivering effective training sessions to drive sales success. - Collaborate with senior sales managers to identify training needs, focusing on HE portfolio, digitalization Project Management & sales techniques. - Produce training material in collaboration with experts and stakeholders, coordinate and organize training sessions, and design onboarding programs for new hires. - Establish KPIs to monitor learning and development processes, and initiate improvement initiatives when necessary. - Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to accommodate different learning styles. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring team performance and providing feedback. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, education, or related field. - 8-10 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a similar manufacturing industry. - Deep experience in sales or sales training. - Proficiency in software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories & training methodologies. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Qualification in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and training software is a plus. - Willingness to travel up to 10-25% of the time.,
