Role Description This is an on-site role for a Telecalling Executive . The selected candidate will connect with potential clients via phone, handle inquiries, set up appointments, and support sales efforts by maintaining accurate records and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads Explain the company’s services clearly and effectively Schedule appointments for meetings with the business development/sales team Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly Follow up with leads and handle queries promptly Provide support in promotional campaigns and client outreach Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Requirements Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service will be an added advantage Female candidates preferred Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
