Job Description

  • Learning and Development: Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to develop foundational sales skills and knowledge.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and services, including features, benefits, and value propositions, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Sales Techniques: Learn and practice effective sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Customer Engagement: Shadow experienced sales associates and learn how to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales activities such as lead qualification, proposal preparation, and contract management, under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and gather information about target markets, industries, and competitors to support sales efforts and identify opportunities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Receive feedback and coaching from mentors and supervisors, and participate in performance evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support sales efforts and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Recent graduate with less than one year of professional work experience.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM software and sales tools.
Preferred:
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with technology products and solutions, including software applications and digital platforms.
  • Certifications or training in sales techniques and methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and Hindi, is a plus.
