Learning and Development: Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to develop foundational sales skills and knowledge. Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and services, including features, benefits, and value propositions, and effectively communicate them to customers. Sales Techniques: Learn and practice effective sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, objection handling, and closing. Customer Engagement: Shadow experienced sales associates and learn how to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Support: Assist in sales activities such as lead qualification, proposal preparation, and contract management, under the guidance of experienced team members. Market Research: Conduct research and gather information about target markets, industries, and competitors to support sales efforts and identify opportunities. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools. Feedback and Evaluation: Receive feedback and coaching from mentors and supervisors, and participate in performance evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support sales efforts and achieve collective goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Recent graduate with less than one year of professional work experience. Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Adaptability and willingness to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM software and sales tools. Preferred: Previous internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. Familiarity with technology products and solutions, including software applications and digital platforms. Certifications or training in sales techniques and methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale). Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and Hindi, is a plus.
