Job Description

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to help shape and refine the company's overall business strategy and objectives
Market Analysis: Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights to guide strategic decision - making
Business Development: Support the identification and pursuit of opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Operational Efficiency: Assist in streamlining business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments, identifying areas for improvement and helping implement solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Help develop and track key performance indicators(KPIs) and metrics to monitor the company's performance against strategic goals, providing regular reports and updates to the CEO and senior leadership.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess the company's financial health, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, representing the company's interests and fostering positive relationships

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectivelyconveying complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to problem - solving.

Preferred:

Experience or coursework in business strategy, operations management, or related fields.
Background in the technology or software industry.
Familiarity with project management or strategic planning methodologies.
