Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Event Sales Executive/Manager to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event sales, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring flawless coordination between clients and internal teams to deliver premium event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and online research.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact from enquiry to event execution.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored event solutions and packages.
Event Coordination & Collaboration
Liaise with internal departments (operations, production, culinary, design, etc.) to ensure client expectations are met.
Oversee event planning timelines, budgets, and execution quality.
Conduct site inspections and venue walkthroughs with clients.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in corporate event sales, hospitality sales, or business development (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and client relationship management.
Passion for events, creativity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
