Role Overview

We are seeking an Event Marketing professional who can drive business growth, develop client relationships, and manage events end-to-end using internal resources. This role requires strong sales capability, presentation skills, proposal development, and hands-on event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Lead Generation- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in events, weddings, concerts, and cultural projects.- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.- Conduct market outreach, networking, and client engagement activities.Proposal Development & Presentations- Prepare compelling pitch decks, concept notes, budgets, and business proposals.- Present ideas and solutions to clients with clarity and confidence.- Translate client briefs into creative and commercially viable event concepts.Client Management- Manage existing client accounts and ensure strong relationships.- Handle client communication from enquiry to final delivery.- Gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Event Planning & Execution- Plan and execute events end-to-end using in-house resources and teams.- Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams.- Ensure flawless execution on-site, maintaining timelines, quality, and client expectations.- Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and closures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related fields.- 4-5 years of experience in event marketing, business development, or client servicing.Experience in events, entertainment, weddings, or experiential marketing is preferred.
