Job Description Sales and Marketing Executive

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Bihar /Jharkhand /Uttar-Pradesh

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, develop marketing strategies, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • • Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • • Follow up with leads, handle objections, and ensure timely conversions.
  • • Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • • Manage social media platforms, creating and posting engaging content.
  • • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • • Manage company website, SEO, and digital marketing activities.
  • • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
  • • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • • Proven experience in sales and marketing (1-3 years preferred).
  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management is a plus.
  • • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events (if required).
