Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python development, specifically for ERPNext using the Frappe framework . The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext applications, along with a deep understanding of Python programming. Responsibilities: Develop and customize ERPNext modules using the Frappe framework . Write efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code. Work with MySQL/MariaDB for database management. Build, test, and deploy ERPNext applications to optimize business processes. Integrate third-party applications and APIs with ERPNext. Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing ERPNext implementations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide ERP solutions. Maintain and update technical documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Python development. Strong expertise in ERPNext and the Frappe framework . Experience with database management using MySQL/MariaDB . Good understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and microservices. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience with Git version control. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customizing ERP workflows and reports. Knowledge of business process automation using ERPNext. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Skills: Python , Frappe Framework , ERPNext , MySQL/MariaDB , REST APIs , Git , Database Management , Backend Development . Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
