We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Team Leader – B2B & CX Industry

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Team Leader who can drive growth both in domestic markets and international partnerships. If you have the experience and hunger to build networks, close deals, and scale alliances in the Customer Experience (CX) industry, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Help achieve sales and marketing targets
• Build strong partnerships and alliances across India and global markets
• Develop and nurture relationships with B2B clients
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate deals, and grow revenue streams
• Design and execute campaigns that strengthen our positioning in the CX space

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing in the CX industry
• Proven ability to build partnerships and alliance networks outside India and in domestic markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• A mix of strategic mindset and hands-on execution

Role details

📍 Location: Noida (Hybrid – 2 days from office)

💰 Salary: 25–30k per month
