Sales Marketing Support - NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify leads and job opportunities in the US market and job portals. - Assist in creating and maintaining candidate databases, including reviewing and formatting resumes. - Draft and manage professional email communications with candidates and clients. - Utilize MS Word, Excel, and other office tools effectively for documentation and reporting. - Support the sales team by tracking, organizing, and maintaining job and candidate information. - Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or support role. - Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and office tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work in night shifts (US-based time zone). - Strong research and organizational skills. - Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
