About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Marketing Support to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support sales operations by researching opportunities and managing candidate profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify

  leads and job opportunities

  in the

  US market and job portals

  .
• Assist in creating and maintaining candidate databases, including

  reviewing and formatting resumes

  .
• Draft and manage

  professional email communications

  with candidates and clients.
• Use

  MS Word, Excel, and other office tools

  effectively for documentation and reporting.
• Support the sales team by tracking, organizing, and maintaining job and candidate information.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in a similar or support role.
• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Word, Excel, and office tools

  .
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills in English

  .
• Ability to work in

  night shifts

  (US-based time zone).
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
