Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Creating and executing effective marketing campaigns (digital + field)
• Managing field marketing agents and coordinating with digital marketing personnel
• Developing pitch materials and localized content for different regions
• Building and nurturing client relationships in targeted geographies
• Supporting lead generation and sales enablement efforts

Qualifications

• Experience in

  market research

  , strategy development, and campaign execution
• Strong knowledge of

  marketing tools

  , CRMs, and digital platforms
• Proven ability to

  manage field and digital marketing teams

• Excellent communication skills

  in both

  English and Hindi

• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategies

• Experience in healthtech or SaaS

  marketing is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
