Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales & Marketing Strategist . You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market research, and leading communication efforts to drive business growth. The role requires managing both digital campaigns and on-ground field initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities Creating and executing effective marketing campaigns (digital + field) Managing field marketing agents and coordinating with digital marketing personnel Developing pitch materials and localized content for different regions Building and nurturing client relationships in targeted geographies Supporting lead generation and sales enablement efforts Qualifications Experience in market research , strategy development, and campaign execution Strong knowledge of marketing tools , CRMs, and digital platforms Proven ability to manage field and digital marketing teams Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategies Experience in healthtech or SaaS marketing is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Bonus Points: Prior experience in B2B or healthcare/SaaS startups Exposure to regional marketing and multi-lingual campaign execution Passion for building high-impact strategies in a fast-paced startup Apply now at careers@radiolinq.com / Call (+91) 9094609191 with subject line: Sales & Marketing Strategist – Chennai
