Are you a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing professional looking to grow in a fast-moving startup environment?

Kasa Design Studios is looking for a dynamic candidate who can bring in leads, meet clients, and help us expand our presence in the interior design and architecture market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle lead generation through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.

• Meet potential clients, explain design services, and understand project requirements.

• Conduct follow-ups and drive conversions from enquiry → meeting → closing.

• Coordinate with the design team to schedule site visits and presentations.

• Manage and maintain CRM / lead tracking sheets.

• Support marketing activities like social media content, campaigns, and offline events.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent experience.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills

• Sales & Business Development

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Cold Calling & Follow-ups

• Client Relationship Management

• Communication (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)

• Negotiation & Closing

• Basic Marketing Knowledge

• Experience in Interiors/Real Estate (added advantage)

• MS Office / Basic Canva / CRM tools (optional)

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BDE

• Background in Interiors, Real Estate, or Construction is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

• Must be comfortable in meeting clients and field visits
