Education Level: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HubSpot, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and at various levels of the organization.
• Clean up, complete, and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring that it is accurate and relevant for the marketing and sales teams.
• Assign leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales and marketing teams, based on established criteria and processes.
• Design, implement, optimize, and monitor automated workflows/campaigns to align with business processes and goals.
• Assist in the design and implementation of lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to improve lead management and sales conversion.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to monitor marketing and sales activities and performance.
