Sales Marketing Manager(Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales agents; set individual targets; monitor performance.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive sales & marketing plans; forecast sales; analyze market trends; identify new opportunities.
• Marketing Execution: Oversee ad campaigns, digital marketing, and brand building; coordinate with marketing teams.
• Sales Operations: Implement sales programs, manage documentation, track figures, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws and ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales/real estate management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
