Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase company sales, managing a sales team, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and creating marketing content. The role involves collaborating with the product development team to create promotional materials, analyzing sales data, and setting sales targets. Includes travelling, attending trade fairs, and customer visits.

• Proven track record in sales management and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
• Ability to create and manage marketing content
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data
• Experience in the manufacturing or propeller industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
