Construction Projects, and RMCS Job Title: Sales Manager, Aggregates & Crushed Stone Location: Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company Gaols Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including contractors, RMCs, developers, and engineering firms.  Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities by targeting new accounts and developing new applications for products (e.g., soil stabilization). Collaborate closely with logistics teams, quarry/plant managers, and project managers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of materials to meet customer demands.  Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports of business transactions, and expense budgets. Regular fallow up with Payment, Invoice and payment collections. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). Experience: A minimum of 3 -10 years of proven sales experience within the heavy equipment, quarry, aggregate, or construction materials industries, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Skills: Deep understanding of construction aggregates properties, specifications, and applications. Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence credibly at all organizational levels. Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office.  Must Know Hindi Marathi and English Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to support existing sites and customers and o  Must have two wheelers
