Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gurgaon. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with detailed information about financial products, and guiding them through the home buying process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide effective Customer Support
• Proven Sales experience
• Experience in Training others is a plus
• Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
