Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
