About The Role We are seeking an experienced sales & marketing manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the battery sales process, with proven success in lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals . The candidate must possess technical knowledge of battery technologies. The sales capability manager is responsible to support the sales capability programs in the west Bengal (Kolkata, east and west Medinipur, howrah, south 24 parganas) region assigned as per the business requirements. Skills: Sales Strategy Development, Team Leadership, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development, Lead Management. Technical Skills – Battery Segment · Hands-on experience with E-rickshaw, bike, car, and inverter batteries (installation, testing, troubleshooting, service and maintenance). · Skilled in battery fitting, wiring, charging systems, and fault diagnosis. · Proficient in health check, load testing, and repair of lead-acid, tubular, and maintenance-free batteries . · Knowledge of basic electrical connections, voltage/current testing, and safety standards. Behavioral Profile Demonstrated sales track record. Team building and carrying capability. Planning and execution skills. Sincere and honest. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Job Description Full-Time Position: We are a trusted Battery Dealer with a strong customer base and a commitment to quality and service. To support our growth, we are looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team (54 hours in a week). Develop & Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify new opportunities, set sales goals, and design strategies to reach them. Lead Sales Team: Manage and develop the operations sales team through training, performance management, and motivation to meet sales objectives. Build Customer Relationships: Strengthen relationships with key clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction to retain and grow the customer base. Identify New Customers: Conduct market visits to analyze trends, monitor competitors, and establish relationships with potential clients. Manage Sales Leads: Implement effective lead management processes, ensuring timely nurturing, conversion, and team training supported by technology. Handle Customer Feedback: Develop feedback system, analyze insights, and drive improvements in products, services, and processes. Represent the Company: Promote the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences while networking and tracking industry and competitor developments.
