The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in person, demonstrating our software products (such as billing software, inventory solutions, or attendance apps), and closing sales. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel within Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities :Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling Conduct product demos at client locations Explain software features and benefits tailored to client needs Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets Collect customer feedback and market insights Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up with prospects and ensure timely onboarding Report daily activities to the manager Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably software or IT products Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident in giving software demos (training will be provided) Basic understanding of computer and mobile apps Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (with valid license) Familiar with Delhi NCR geography Preferred: Experience in selling billing, POS, accounting, or attendance-related software Fluent in Hindi and basic English Incentives: Performance-based attractive commissions Travel Allowance: Provided Bonus: Quarterly/Annual performance bonuses Working Days:6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Sunday Off To Apply :Send your resume to hr@rworldsoftware.in or WhatsApp 8377832378.
