Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our digital services effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful long-term clients.  Key Responsibilities 1. Sales ActivitiesIdentify potential clients through field visits, calls, networking, and online research. Explain company services such as Website Development, Mobile Application, Digital Marketing, and Software Solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for clients. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. Maintain a proper database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. 2. Marketing ActivitiesAssist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote services. Participate in online & offline promotional activities, events, campaigns, and seminars. Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation, social media promotion, and branding activities. Understand customer requirements and provide input for marketing improvements. 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions. Follow up for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities. 4. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly sales reports. Maintain proper documentation of meetings, proposals, and agreements. Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, accounts) for smooth project handover.
