Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets Manage and motivate a team of sales executives Identify new market opportunities and retail partnerships Monitor daily sales performance and generate performance reports Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive promotional campaigns Attend industry events, exhibitions, and retail meetings as required Key Skills & Requirements:2 to 4 years of proven experience in Cosmetics / FMCG / Retail Sales Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in using CRM software & Excel-based reporting Goal-oriented and self-driven personality Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi preferred Graduation in any stream (MBA is a plus)
