Role Description

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective

  sales and marketing strategies

  to achieve business goals.
• Drive

  institutional sales

  by targeting construction companies, architects, and contractors.
• Manage and mentor the

  sales team

• Oversee

• Identify new business opportunities through

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

• Monitor and analyze

• Plan and attend

  trade fairs, industry events, and architect meets

• Create and update

  marketing materials

  and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment in branding, promotions, and client handling.
