Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in open plots and residential plot ventures. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, digital marketing, and customer referrals. Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and explain project details effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales. Plan and execute sales strategies for open plots and residential ventures. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management. Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures efficiently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales – especially open plots / residential layouts. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Good understanding of local real estate market trends. Own vehicle preferred.
