We’re hiring a Manager with strong experience in Sales, Marketing, and Team Management to join our growing team in Ludhiana.

🔹 Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales and marketing team, driving performance, achieving targets, and ensuring smooth operations in both B2B and B2C segments. The role requires proven expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and customer handling.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent productivity.

• Drive both B2B and B2C business through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Train and motivate team members for better customer engagement.

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience in B2B/B2C sales & marketing.

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer handling.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

🔹 Compensation:

💰 Package: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (including variable pay)

📍 Location: Ludhiana
