Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Panaji. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence. Day-to-day tasks include market research, identifying target markets, devising promotional campaigns, managing social media, and analyzing sales data to inform future strategies. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and marketing management Strong understanding of market research and data analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies Experience in the water treatment industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
