Sales Marketing Manager

As a Marketing/Sales Manager for the Domestic Market at Orex Pharma Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for APIs and intermediates in the Indian pharmaceutical sector. You are expected to identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, manage existing customer relationships, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with internal teams for order execution. Additionally, you will participate in pricing discussions, prepare reports, and represent the company at industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for APIs and intermediates in the domestic market. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across India. - Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking. - Coordinate with production, QC, QA, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution. - Participate in pricing discussions, negotiations, and tenders. - Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS updates. - Represent the company at pharma exhibitions and networking events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Marketing. - 5-7 years of experience in marketing/sales of APIs or intermediates within the Indian pharmaceutical industry. - Strong understanding of API products, pharma manufacturing, and supply chain processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
