Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Executive to drive our international business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our API exports by leveraging their in-depth market knowledge and strong client relationships. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with a solid background in Pharma API exports, looking to contribute to our global growth story.

Key Responsibilities

• International Business Development:

  Identify, target, and onboard new international clients and distributors for our portfolio of APIs and Intermediates.

• Market Analysis & Strategy:

  Conduct thorough research and analysis of international markets to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Provide insights to shape export strategies.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales & Order Processing:

  Handle export sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the order-to-shipment process efficiently.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  Ensure all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, etc.) is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations.

• Communication:

  Serve as a key point of contact for international clients, addressing their technical and commercial queries promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the

  Pharmaceutical API export

  sector.

• Education:

  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. An additional qualification in International Business or MBA is a plus.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Must have in-depth knowledge of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), their applications, and regulatory landscapes in international markets.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and market research abilities.
• Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
