Job Summary

The Export Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all export-related activities, ensuring timely shipments, compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination
• Prepare and review export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents, etc.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Handle export inquiries, quotations, and negotiations with international customers.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation
• Resolve export-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Assist in market research and development of new export markets
• Coordinate with production, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely execution of orders

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related field
• 1 - 5 years of experience in export operations (experience level can be adjusted)
