Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves creating marketing collateral, overseeing social media campaigns, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations and developing marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficient in creating marketing collateral and managing social media campaigns
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
