Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development, client acquisition, and brand promotion efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management, preferably within the [industry type] domain. --- Key Responsibilities: Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to closure. Visit clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Marketing: Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline). Manage digital presence: social media, website, SEO, and email campaigns. Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, product decks, etc. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and third-party agencies as needed. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events. Team Management & Reporting: Lead and guide a small sales/marketing team (if applicable). Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and marketing ROI. Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, production , finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
